The launch machine behind a £100k+ course business.
We built the full relaunch infrastructure for a 1,528-person list: a wait-list gate, a multi-step tease sequence, ten broadcasts that suppress existing customers, hardened deliverability, and a Pixel and GA4 install on the funnel.

The Academy needed to relaunch its £995 flagship course to a 1,528-person email list as a five-day, cart-open cohort, but the funnel was missing the basics: no audience-filtered broadcasts, no working wait-list gate, no Meta Pixel anywhere, and only a half-installed GA4. Worse, existing course owners sat on the same list as prospects, so any naive blast would spam paying customers.
We built the launch architecture end to end on Kajabi: a wait-list form with tagging and a multi-step pre-launch tease sequence, a gate page, a homepage lockdown for the pre-launch window, and ten launch broadcasts plus three database broadcasts, all filtered to suppress the existing customers. We hardened deliverability to a perfect score on mail-tester, then installed the missing analytics: a Meta Pixel and a fresh GA4 property firing page-aware events, purchase on the thank-you page, lead on the opt-in, and checkout on every Enrol Now click.
The business has now done over one hundred thousand pounds in course revenue. A single five-day cohort produced £3,980 in its first four days with the cart still open, and the Pixel went from never-fired to confirmed via Meta's API within two minutes of going live.
