These are the basic terms for using this website. The terms of any work we do for you are set out separately in a written agreement before we start.

This site is for information. Nothing on it is a binding offer or a promise of a specific result. Figures we quote from industry research are clearly marked and are there as context, not a guarantee.
2 · Our work
When we take on a project, the scope, price, timeline and ownership are agreed in writing first. As a rule, you own the code we build and your data stays yours.
3 · Getting in touch
When you contact us, you are agreeing that we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. See our privacy page for what that means.
