A venture-grade AI sales platform, live in four weeks.

An AI that listens to a salesperson's calls and emails, fills in their deal qualification with the customer's exact words as receipts, and flags deals going quiet before they die. Built for a client now taking it to market.

In short

Jake is an AI sales platform for individual account executives, built by Superveloce in four weeks for a client taking it to market as its own venture. It listens to a rep's calls and emails, fills in MEDDPICC qualification with the customer's verbatim quotes as evidence, ranks the day's moves by money at risk, and flags deals going quiet before they die. It is live at tryjake.com, free during early access.

  • Evidence-first AI: every field carries the exact quote, the speaker and the timestamp. No quote, no fill
  • Automatic capture: calls and email file themselves to the right deal, syncing every thirty minutes
  • Risk detection: gone-quiet flags days early, with a revive message drafted in the rep's voice. Nothing sends without a click
  • Rep-first by architecture: each rep's pipeline is theirs alone at the database level, with no manager dashboards
  • A complete product: onboarding, six integrations, billing built in, live in production
The problem

A B2B account executive runs five disconnected tools: a notetaker for calls, Gmail for threads, a CRM for records, a spreadsheet for the real pipeline, and memory for the rest. After every call comes roughly twenty minutes of retyping what was just said into fields nobody reads, four or five times a day. Qualification lives in the rep's head, filled with optimism rather than evidence, and between calls nothing watches the deals. The cost is real: our client watched a six-figure deal die of silence, with nothing in the stack flagging that the champion had gone quiet until a forecast call three weeks later. The tools that address this, Gong and Clari, are bought by sales leaders at tens of thousands a year to inspect reps, not to help them. Nobody had built the tool that works for the individual rep, because reps do not hold budgets. Our client, an enterprise account executive who lived the problem daily, decided to build it and take it to market.

What we built

A pipeline that files itself

Call transcripts sync automatically every thirty minutes and match themselves to the right deal by who was in the room, with internal calls filtered out. Email follows the same pattern, and the calendar is wired in so the platform never claims there is no next step when a call is already booked. For reps whose company will not grant CRM access, a CSV import auto-maps any CRM's export, so nobody needs permission from IT to use it.

The clever bit: no quote, no fill

Every claim the AI makes must carry a verbatim customer quote, verified against the transcript with the speaker and the timestamp, or the field stays empty. Most AI tools generate plausible summaries; this one refuses to. Empty fields become the question list for the next call, and the deal receipt renders the whole scorecard as an itemised till receipt of its evidence, gaps in red. That is a design decision rather than a model trick, and it is why a rep can defend the scorecard in a forecast call.

Judgment on top of the record

The Today page opens on the top three moves ranked by money at risk. A gone-quiet detector tracks idle days and whose court the ball is in, then drafts the revive message in the rep's own voice, ready to send but never sent automatically. The buying committee is mapped from what was actually said on calls, and Ask Jake answers questions grounded in the rep's real pipeline, receipts included. A morning digest lands by email or Slack before the first call.

Built like a product, not a prototype

Next.js, React and Tailwind on Vercel, Supabase with row-level security so each rep's pipeline is cryptographically theirs alone, and Claude doing the extraction. Six live integrations, all read-only: it never writes to a CRM and never sends an email itself. Over nine hundred automated tests, onboarding, and billing built in from day one. Four weeks from kickoff to live.

What we refused to build

What it refuses to do is the trust story, and the trust story is the product.

  • No manager dashboards and no call scores sent upstairs. Rep data is walled off per rep at the database level. It is architecture, not a promise.
  • Nothing auto-sends. Every AI-drafted message waits for a human click.
  • No CRM write-back. Every connection is read-only, so it can never corrupt a system of record.
  • No fake trend charts. If the historical data does not exist yet, nothing is shown.
The result

Live at tryjake.com: sign up free, connect your tools or upload a CSV, and the pipeline starts filing itself. Four weeks from kickoff to a live product, and it is in daily use on a real enterprise pipeline: post-call admin has gone from roughly twenty minutes to roughly zero, gone-quiet flags have caught deals drifting days before anyone would have noticed, and the first honest scorecard pass moved two deals back a stage before they slipped. Pricing is built and ready behind a flag, with a free tier and a Pro plan at a £29 founders' rate. It is in early access, and customer number one is its own founder, which is exactly how a product like this should start. The client is now taking it to market.

Common questions

Is this spying on me for my boss?

No, and it cannot be. There are no manager dashboards, no leaderboards and no manager surface at all. Each rep's data is walled off at the database level with row-level security. It is architecture, not a promise.

How is it different from Gong or Clari?

Those are bought by sales leaders, at tens of thousands a year, to inspect reps. Jake is built for the individual rep: it does the admin instead of grading the rep, and it shows the verbatim evidence behind every field rather than a score.

How do I know the AI is not making the scorecard up?

Its rule is no quote, no fill. Every field it completes carries the customer's exact words, verified against the transcript, with the speaker and timestamp. If the evidence does not exist, the field stays empty and becomes a question for the next call.

Does it work without a notetaker or CRM access?

Yes. If your company will not grant CRM access, the CSV import auto-maps any CRM's export, and email and calendar alone are enough to start filing the pipeline.

Will it write to my CRM or send emails for me?

Never. Every connection is read-only, and every drafted message waits for an explicit human click. Nothing happens on your behalf without you.

What does it cost?

It is free during early access at tryjake.com. Pricing is built and ready: a free tier for up to three active deals and a Pro plan at a £29 a month founders' rate.
